Phenomenon and prevention methods of glass fiber reinforced plastic sand pipe
Glass fiber reinforced plastic sand pipelines are often used in liquid and gas transportation, and the use of pipelines made of this material will also encounter floating light. What are the common floating pipe phenomena? What precautions are there? The first type of floating pipe phenomenon is the rainwater floating pipe. As the name implies, the rainwater entry causes the floating pipe phenomenon. The prevention method is relatively simple. The construction unit pays close attention to the weather forecast as much as possible to avoid rainy construction. After the installation of the pipeline is completed, the backfill is timely. Do not block the mouth of the pipe, otherwise water will easily accumulate. If the trench backfilling does not reach the design elevation, the construction unit shall pump water after raining to control the water accumulation in the trench reasonably. Another situation is the groundwater float pipe. Coarse sand or stone powder slag is usually used for backfilling of FRP sand-filled pipes. This kind of filler will cause friction to the pipe. If the top of the pipe is not covered with enough soil, a floating pipe phenomenon will occur. To prevent such problems, a preventive method is to set a water collection well at a certain interval to perform precipitation according to the amount of groundwater seepage when the design elevation cannot be backfilled at one time. When sand or stone powder dregs are watertight in real time, the watering range cannot be too large at one time, and drainage must be strengthened.
